To approve the project spend agreed by the five CEF Boards which they considered by email on the 23 March 2020, to meet the current urgent requirements to support communities during the Covid-19 crisis.  To be used as a ‘community float’, offering financial assistance to local volunteer groups and networks who are responding to the Covid-19 crisis by supporting vulnerable residents and those self-isolated due to Covid-19.
