To make the following appointments to Committees for 2019-20, with immediate effect:

·      Councillor John Mackman as a Conservative Group member of Planning Committee 2019-20;

·      Councillors Pearson, Musgrave, Grogan and Buckle as Conservative Group substitute members of Planning Committee 2019-20;

·      Councillor Stephanie Duckett as a Labour Group substitute member of Planning Committee 2019-20;

·      Councillor Dave Brook as a Yorkshire Party Group substitute member of Planning Committee 2019-20;

·      Councillor Keith Franks to replace Councillor John Duggan as a Labour Group substitute member of Planning Committee 2019-20;

·      Councillor Sweeting of the Conservative Group to the position of Vice Chair of Licensing Committee 2019-20;

·      Councillors Pearson, Buckle and Crane as Conservative Group substitute members of Licensing Committee 2019-20;

·      Councillors Mackman, Grogan and Cattanach as Conservative Group substitute members on Overview and Scrutiny Committee 2019-20;

·      Councillor Arthur of the Conservative Group to the position of Vice Chair of Policy Review Committee 2019-20;
