RESOLVED:
That, under delegated authority through the urgent decision made by Chief Executive Officer on 01.04.22, to award contract to Two Ridings Community Foundation to administer the Tadcaster Business Flood Grant Scheme: the grant with scheme value of £122,500 with an administrative management fee of £12,250. The scheme will include:
a. Identification of Tadcaster town centre businesses affected by flooding in February 2022.
b. Develop application process for businesses to apply for funding.
c. Develop evaluation/due diligence process for award.
d. Distribution of award of funding.
e. Monitoring use of funding in accordance with application criteria.
