To seek urgent authority to vire Programme For Growth budget to deliver flood recovery fund grants through a scheme to provide financial assistance to Tadcaster town centre businesses suffering hardship due to the flooding caused by Storm Franklin in February 2022. It is not practical to convene a quorate meeting of the Council.
