Better Together Collaboration Agreement - Variation of Option to Renew Clause 2.3
To delegate authority to the Chief Executive to seek agreement with North Yorkshire County Council to a variation to clause 2.3 to the Collaboration Agreement to change the option to renew date from 30 December 2019 to 29 February 2020, and to vary the Legal Services option to renew clause until 30 June 2020, so that a report can be taken to the Executive in February 2020 to consider renewal of the overarching Collaboration Agreement following publication on the Forward Plan as a Key Decision.
