Reason for urgency:
The current allocation is committed and if additional funding is not allocated, the Council would be rejecting new applications leaving people in increased financial hardship, hence this matter is urgent and the decision cannot await a full meeting of the Executive due to the need to put in place arrangements as part of the Covid-19 response.
