North Yorkshire Police and Crime Panel
Description
A joint committee of the nine local authorities. Its purpose is to maintain a regular check and balance on the performance of the Police and Crime Commissioner.
The North Yorkshire Police and Crime Panel covers the area served by North Yorkshire Police (ie the area of Craven District Council, Hambleton District Council, Harrogate Borough Council, North Yorkshire County Council, Richmondshire District Council, Ryedale District Council, City of York Council and Selby District Council).
